Airport pick-ups

Mayflower Limo LLC is not responsible if the guest is not present at the reserved time. If the guest cannot find the vehicle, they should contact customer service at 1(720)-694-7791. Drivers will wait 45 minutes free of charge for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights. If the waiting time exceeds these limits, Mayflower Limo LLC has the right to charge an additional fee for every 15 minutes spent waiting at the airport.

If the passenger fails to let us know about any delays, the company has the right to withdraw the vehicle. The trip will be considered complete, and we will charge 100% of the payment for the reservation.

Mayflower Limo is not obligated to deliver any luggage that does not fit in the requested vehicle when booking. Mayflower Limo is not responsible for any delays resulting in late cancellations or no show-ups. If contact is not made after the courtesy timeout has expired or passengers leave the pick-up location without notifying Mayflower Limo, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and 100% of the booking fee will be charged plus all applicable charges.

Delayed and Missed/Canceled Flights

In case of missed flights or delays, it’s the passenger’s responsibility to notify Mayflower Limo by calling customer service at 1(720) 694-7791 to reschedule reserved pick-up. If a flight is delayed after take-off, we will track the arrival time, do our best to accommodate, and no additional charges will be applied.

If your flight is canceled for any reason, regardless of you, you should notify us 12 hours in advance to reschedule your pick-up from the mountain area and 6 hours in advance of pick-up from the Denver area. For example, if you’re being picked up from the Denver International Airport, you are expected to give us 6 hours in advance. Similarly, if you’re traveling from a Ski resort to Denver International Airport and your flight is canceled, you are expected to provide us with 12 hours in advance. If you change your reservation time by less than the time mentioned above, your current reservation will be considered a late cancellation and will be charged 100% plus all applicable fees. Please make sure all the flight, contact, and reservation information you provided us is correct. We are not responsible if the arrival/departure information is incorrect or not provided to us. We only track the flight numbers that have been originally provided at the time of reservation.

Damages

Guests take full financial responsibility for any damages that they’ve caused. The damages include, but are not limited to, physical damage and any excessive cleaning resulting from the use of the vehicle by the guests. Fees will be calculated based on actual repair costs and the time associated with repairing and cleaning the vehicle. Mayflower Limo is not responsible for personal belongings or items damaged or left in the vehicle. In finding lost items, the company will try to return the item(s) promptly at the owner’s expense. Returning lost items may include, but is not limited to, extra time added to reservations or shipping and packaging costs. Vehicles cannot be loaded in excess of their capacity. Clients are responsible for any penalties incurred as a result of non-compliance with these policies. For example, suppose a client makes a reservation for a vehicle that does not fit all of the passengers or luggage due to its size. In that case, we will consider it the client’s mistake and responsibility, and the cost of the reservation will be charged in full.

The driver has the right to stop the vehicle for any negligence. If the booking is canceled by negligence, no refunds will be made, and the booking will be invoiced in full.

All-other pick-ups

Upon arrival at the guest’s pick-up location at the reserved time, the driver will wait 15 minutes free of charge. After 30 minutes of waiting after the reserved time, Mayflower Limo has the right to cancel the trip, consider the trip as complete, and charge 100% of the cost of the trip.

Prohibited Activities

No alcoholic beverages or smoking.

Bad Weather and Traffic

Mayflower Limo is not responsible for guests being late to their flights or place of arrival. As such, Mayflower Limo is not responsible for vehicles being late due to delays, traffic, weather conditions, and unexpected vehicle malfunctions. Road closures, unsafe road conditions, and accidents are situations beyond our control, and Mayflower Limo shall not be responsible for unforeseen events beyond our control.

Complimentary 15-minute Stops

All reservations include a scheduled one complimentary 15-minute stop. Any additional non-scheduled or non-reserved stops along the way will be charged for every 15 minutes at the company’s rate. We understand that there may be unplanned stops, but the guests will incur additional charges at the company’s hourly rate. Mayflower Limo reserves the right to refuse any additional non-scheduled stops, especially during the winter season, because we need to be on time for our other clients. Please reach out to our customer service staff for any questions regarding hourly fees.

Change of Plans

It’s the guest’s responsibility to notify Mayflower Limo if their arrival time and flight information are changed. Changes to reservations are only allowed through email or by calling 1(720) 694-7791. Drivers cannot alter passenger reservations, adjust fees, or accept payments other than tips/gratitude.
