  1. Once your plane lands, please check your cellphone for a text from your driver.
  2. Please call/text the driver to let them know you’ve arrived.
  3. Head to baggage claim and collect your bags.
  4. Please go to level 5.
  5. Your driver should already have arranged the pickup location with you, but as a general rule: If you arrived at West Terminal, please exit through doors 506 or 510. For East Terminal, please use doors 503 or 507.
  6. After exiting the doors, please proceed to the second island. There will be a booth with a sign that reads “LIMO”.
  7. Give your driver a text or a call, it will take them about 5 minutes to get to level 5. For any questions or clarifications, please reach out to Mayflower Limo at (720)-694-7791.

* In case you don’t have access to your phone, please inform the airport personnel that “Mayflower Limo” is making the pickup. They will call our Customer Service representative, and your driver will arrive within 5 minutes.

Our luxury SUVs can fit up to 6 passengers and 6 pieces of luggage.
Absolutely! Please let us know ahead of time, either by phone or through the booking system.
All reservations require passenger and luggage count, as well as the pickup and drop-off location. We will also need your flight number if traveling to/from DIA. Also, we require a credit card when booking.
All our limos can come equipped with rooftop cargo carriers. Please select the option “rooftop cargo carrier” while reserving your ride through the booking system.

We provide a complimentary 15-minute stop for all our passengers. There is a $150/per hour fee for all stops over 15 minutes. Depending on the schedule and availability, the driver might not be able to stop for any longer than 15-minutes. So we recommend to reserve your extra time in advance.

We will do whatever we can to recover your item(s), but we are not liable for any lost/damaged items left behind. Please give us a call and we can arrange a pickup or drop-off.
We monitor all flights and adjust the pickup time accordingly. For all flight delays, the first hour of waiting is free. After that, all additional waiting time is billable. For all canceled flights, please call us immediately at (720)-694-7791 to reschedule your pickup.

All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the reserved pickup time. Reservations are eligible for a full refund (minus credit card processing fees) for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the reserved pickup time.

Absolutely no smoking allowed in any of the Mayflower Limo vehicles.

For hourly services, we require a 3 hour minimum.

We are on the road 24/7, every day of the year.

We will not provide services to minors under the age of 18. The chauffeur reserves the right to ask for an ID.

All of our vehicles carry the highest commercial insurance available in the state of Colorado. We are also fully registered with the PUC. 

Of course, we adore pets! Our passengers can bring ADA registered service animals as well as small pets who are well behaved. We do charge a $100 cleaning fee for all pets. 

Mayflower Limo accepts American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa.
